By accessing or using AI Glue (the "Service"), operated by Ad Vital LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
AI Glue is a context management platform that captures, stores, and synchronizes AI instructions and preferences across multiple AI platforms via a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard. The Service includes a Chrome extension, web application, API, and MCP server integration.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it if it changes.
AI Glue offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Ad Vital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and store through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use your content to train AI models. You may export or delete your data at any time.
If you enable Healthcare Mode, additional terms apply. You must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before processing Protected Health Information (PHI). You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable healthcare regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Vital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
